The Access to Higher Education DJ & Electronic Music Production course is designed to meet the needs of the contemporary creative industry and to lead into Higher Education.

Level 3 Access to HE Diploma

Available at

Only available at dBs Institute in Bristol, Manchester and Plymouth.

Develop fundamental skills in DJ skills, composition, music theory, MIDI and audio sequencing, studio production, synthesis, sampling, along with academic study skills required for HE study.

Build a broad skill set, including specialist skills, industry knowledge and transferable employability skills.

Expand your interests and aspirations, with awareness of the broad range of progression options available to you, as well as opportunities for collaborative creative work with other students at ACC.

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements for these courses. Applicants will undergo diagnostic testing as part of the admissions process to assess that this is the most appropriate level of study for them.

This course is designed to allow students to gain entry to university. Alongside this, students will develop a plethora of transferable, core technical and specialist technical skills.
