Summary
Starting in our warehouse and reporting to our Department heads and Warehouse Manager, you’ll first spend time in each technical department learning how to prepare, test, maintain and fix a wide range of lighting fixtures and equipment. Preparing our equipment to a high standard is what helps us to maintain our reputation and will give you invaluable skills on site.
There will be trucks to unload and load and you will see what it takes to keep a busy warehouse operational. You will learn the importance of Health & Safety and how to keep yourself and others safe.
Once you have gained confidence with the equipment and have shown that you have the right capability and attitude, we will begin to assign you onto events as a Live Event Technician. Under the close supervision of TSL Project Managers and freelance technicians, you’ll be an important part of our onsite workforce. You will be trusted to represent TSL on site, demonstrating that you can follow the plan and work as part of the team.
You’ll be given the chance to put the skills you’ve learnt to the test whilst gaining new ones.
