Summary
As an apprentice at Entec Sound & Light, you will work towards a Level 3 Live Event Technician Apprenticeship. The job will follow the apprenticeship course culminating in either an Audio Technician or a Lighting Technician, depending on your preferred department.
Daily tasks will include the prep or equipment, cleaning of equipment, building systems, and loading and unloading equipment onto vehicles. Learning how to PAT test electrical equipment, knowing our rental management system. Learning Health and Safety and manual handling procedures. Working in the warehouse prep teams to service and support our visiting designers, engineers, project managers, and freelance technicians. There will be occasional site work and days away from home.
