The Marketing Apprentice will work directly with the business owner to develop and execute marketing strategies designed to grow our business. From social media to email marketing, you’ll gain real-world experience in crafting and implementing campaigns across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of a wide range of marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email Marketing: Create and manage email campaigns for landlords, long stays, and both new and returning guests using tools like Mailchimp.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts across platforms to enhance our online presence.
- Sales Funnel Development: Design and optimize sales funnels to convert leads into clients.
- Video Content Creation: Produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and client engagement.
- A/B Testing: Experiment with different marketing approaches to identify what resonates best with our target audience.
- Visual Content Creation: Work with VAs to develop ‘how-to’ documents, guides, and course materials.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling emails, blogs, and ad copy to drive engagement and conversions.
- Advertising: Learn and execute Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, focusing on ROI and audience targeting.
- AI Tools: Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to generate ideas, streamline tasks, and improve efficiency.
- Innovative Marketing Techniques: Study and implement strategies inspired by Alex Hormozi and Rory Sutherland to elevate our marketing efforts.
- Time Management: Take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and deliver high-quality work independently.
Offline Marketing Projects/Campaigns:
- Local Business Partnerships: Collaborate with local cafes, restaurants, and shops to display promotional materials or offer exclusive discounts to their customers.
- Print Media Campaigns: Design and run ads in local newspapers, magazines, and community bulletins to target specific demographics.
- Referral Initiatives: Develop and promote offline referral campaigns where existing clients can earn incentives for introducing new business.
- Community Engagement: Sponsor local events, charity initiatives, or sports teams to build goodwill and increase brand presence within the community.
Online Marketing Projects/Campaigns
- Social Media Campaigns: Creating and scheduling posts, running A/B tests, and managing audience engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Email Marketing: Designing and executing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, targeting landlords, long-stay clients, and past guests.
- Digital Advertising: Planning and running Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns, optimizing for maximum ROI.
