Summary

As a Digital Media Assistant you will analyse, create and manage media campaigns across all digital marketing channels, including paid search (PPC), online video, display and paid social. You will contribute to the strategy & planning across our client portfolio to meet and exceed their expectations.

As part of a team you will deliver award winning integrated media solutions that push the boundaries of our industry.

Skills & qualifications:

  • Communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, write attention-grabbing ad copy and insightful report commentary.
  • Time management – being able to juggle multiple activities and client accounts, ensuring on-time delivery of all required tasks.

  • Enthusiasm and a passion for digital marketing.
  • An ability to be adaptive and versatile in a constantly evolving environment.
  • IT literacy (especially on Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint – knowledge of Google Suite is also desirable).
  • Desire for learning and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Digital Media Execs and wider digital team, you’ll help manage a portfolio of client campaigns across our core digital service lines (PPC, Social and Programmatic).
  • Monitor and optimise the performance of digital media campaigns to meet and surpass client targets.
  • Establish, maintain and develop strong client relationships via email, face to face and phone calls.
  • Producing post-campaign analysis, analysing campaign results and creating actionable insights to feed into future campaigns.
  • Develop your understanding and exposure digital channel management and wider industry talking points and their influence on strategy for our clients.
  • Using our suite of insights tools, you will help to interpret data and gather insights to fuel strategy for our clients.
  • Bring our values to life in everything you do.

Nice to haves: 

  • SEO – an understanding of the fundamentals of search engine optimisation (SEO).
  • PPC – an understanding of the fundamentals of paid search (PPC) advertising campaigns.
  • Social media advertising – an understanding of the main social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter) and advertising formats used to promote products, services and brands online.
  • Google Ads certified professional.
  • Social media advertising qualifications, such as Facebook Blueprint.
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Experience of Scripting.
  • Coding languages (for example JSON, Javascript, R, and Python).
